Greenbuilder certified, Revitalize Construction & Restoration specializes in improving existing structures, building energy efficient homes, and light commercial work. We also offer drafting and design services throughout Montana.

renovating

Remodels, especially in older homes, are more challenging in their nature than new homes. Our carpenters are skilled at incorporating new materials into the old materials, working within the unusual constraints that can be present in existing structures, and bringing unique solutions to your space.

New construction

GNU by Revitalize is our new construction department. GNU is an acronym for Green, New, and Urban. The concept behind GNU is to build on land that has no ecological or agricultural value, and to promote housing density through urban in-fill and accessory dwelling units (ADUs).

Tips & Lists

With so much to consider when building or remodeling your home, Revitalize Construction & Restoration has pooled the experience of its knowledgeable carpenters to offer several tips and lists that will help you prioritize and budget for your project.

Our company

Revitalize Construction was founded in 2006, to produce the most beautiful construction project possible while also being respectful to the environment

green building

Green building doesn’t necessarily mean solar panels and bamboo. While we think solar panels are great, there are many materials and techniques that can be used in a more traditional home that will make it more energy efficient and more comfortable while also being more environmentally friendly.

Design & plans

If you are in the city limits, you will need a building permit. This means that you will need building plans. Investing in a good set of plans will pay for themselves in the end. You will get a better result with less stress. Our design department is available to help you think through your project.

the team

You will love working with our highly skilled and very likable crew. Something you'll want to consider when hiring your contractor.
